Galvanized sheet refers to a steel sheet with a layer of zinc on the surface. Galvanizing is a commonly used economic method to prevent the surface of the steel sheet from corrosion and extend its service life. A layer of metal zinc is coated on the surface of the steel sheet. It is an effective anti-rust method. About half of the world's zinc production is used in this process.
Due to different treatment methods in the coating process, the surface state of galvanized sheets varies, such as ordinary zinc spangles, fine zinc spangles, flat zinc spangles, no zinc spangles, and phosphating surfaces.

Immersing the steel in molten zinc. Steps include: Pretreatment (cleaning/degreasing), Dip plating (zinc reaction), Cooling and solidification, and Post-treatment inspection.
Depositing zinc through electrolysis. Steps include: Electrolyte preparation, Electroplating (zinc ion reduction on cathode), and Post-treatment cleaning/drying.
