If I need a sample, could you support?
We can supply you with samples for free, while delivery charges are covered by the customer. Providing an International Express Account for Freight Collect is appreciated.
What's your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is 1 metric ton for each individual model.
What's the thickness for anodizing?
Our normal thickness is about 10 um. We can also provide 20 um and above upon request.
What color can you do for powder coating?
We can produce any color for powder coating as long as a color sample or RAL code is provided. Thickness is usually between 60-80 um.
How do you charge the mold fee?
If a new mold is required for your specific profiles, the mold fee will be refunded once the order quantity reaches a certain pre-agreed amount.
