Hot Rolled Carbon Steel
Main application of hot rolled coil/strip:

Carbon Steel Manufacturing Process
The smelting of carbon steel is expertly carried out in converters and open hearths. Typically, converters are dedicated to smelting ordinary carbon steel, whereas open furnaces are designed for all kinds of high-quality steel. Once the steel is refined, it is injected into molds to form diverse ingots. Through forging or rolling, these are transformed into plates, strips, bars, and sections. Carbon steel often finds application directly in its hot rolled state.

Efficient Coil Cutting: We expertly cut large coils into smaller sizes (e.g., splitting 28-ton coils into 7-10 ton segments) to facilitate seaport loading and container shipping limits.

Flattening & Plate Cutting: Coils can be flattened and precisely cut into plates. Standard dimensions like 2440mm or 5800mm lengths are available to optimize 20-foot container space. Anti-rust black painting can be applied post-cutting.
