Our synthetic resin roofing tiles utilize European advanced co-extrusion technology, combining high weather-resistant engineering plastic (ASA) with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin.
🔹Surface Layer (Layer A): ASA weather-resistant plastic ensures color stability for over 10 years.

🛠️ Installation Guide & Precautions
1.Purlins can be square tube (60x40x3mm) or steel (100x50x3mm). Purlin spacing should be 660mm.
2.Install main tiles in the reverse direction of local wind flow.
3.For ridge tiles, cut the part of the first ridge tile before installation for a flush fit.
4.Drill holes 2mm larger than the screw diameter to allow for thermal expansion. Φ6.3mm tapping screws are recommended.
