Galvanized steel is a kind of thin steel sheet dipped into a bath of dissolved zinc so that it sticks to a layer of zinc on the surface. At present it mainly uses continuous galvanizing process which is to immerse steel coils in zinc dissolved tank continuously to produce galvanized steel sheets and to alloy galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel sheet is made by hot dipping, and heated to 500ºC immediately after it come out of the zinc tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. It has an excellent coating adhesion and weldability.
