Yes, we have professional engineers to design CAD drawings and establish molds according to specific customer requirements.

What is the typical delivery lead time?
Samples and new molds take 2-3 weeks. Mass production typically requires 3-4 weeks after deposit receipt and order confirmation.
How are the products packaged for transport?
Commonly we use shrink films or kraft paper. We also provide custom packaging solutions like wooden pallets or cartons upon request.
What are the accepted payment terms?
Usually, we accept T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment) and L/C.
